Your Journey with us

The design of a project is its defining feature. While we make sure you get the most optimal use for your space, we also ensure it is distinctive enough to reflect your business branding. Just as every design is individual, so is the service we offer. Our design process is adaptable and individual to suit your needs.
1

Site Feasibility & Assessment

We start off with a client brief that can help us understand your business objectives. We assist in inspecting how conducive the client chosen site is for the proposed project.

Concept Presentation

Based on detailed briefing, a concept plan is presented. Certain specifications are reflected in the plan. This is to show the workflow.

Architectural Plan, Council Submission & Costing

After we have consolidated your concept plan and it has been approved, we start preparing the necessary documents for council submission and their consent lodgment. This means everything from the fire design and reports, mechanical ventilation design, plumbing schematics, and producer statements. Project costs are decided with contractors based on site visits and the final plan.

3D Rendering

While waiting on council approval, we can also discuss 3D rendering with you. This involves deciding the kinds of material you would prefer for aspects of your design, (e.g. flooring, cabinetry, walls, etc. We elevate your plan, which animates your project into its reality. The visual 3D process gives you a holistic picture of what you’ll get for your final outcome.
