By signing design and build contract with Bank of India, Silk took the responsibility of designing and constructing the open space for the development of banking service.

The project involved the following

2. Detailed design as per the requirements of the client
3. Applying the building consent
4. Construction of

•          Office areas
•          Manager room

      5.  Required electrical and mechanical services 

      6.  Plumbing services
